Yoghurt bowl with chocolate and caramel

Yoghurt topped with a layer of chocolate that cracks under your spoon, combined with caramel and fresh fruit. It looks spectacular, but takes just 10 minutes of your time.
The freezer does the rest.
Preparation 10 min, freezing 30 min, total 40 min.
Why it works
Dark chocolate sets almost instantly into a hard, crispy layer on cold yoghurt. Underneath, you get creamy yet refreshing yoghurt swirled with caramel and topped with fresh fruit. The perfect way to start your day.
What you need:
250 g yoghurt of your choice
Approximately 30 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp Suboro Dark Chocolate
A handful of raspberries
A handful of blueberries
Our tip: use a thick yoghurt such as Greek yoghurt or skyr.
Method:
Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl.
Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie, keeping the temperature below 100°C to prevent it from burning. To do this, place a heatproof bowl containing the chocolate over a saucepan of gently simmering water.
Pour a thin layer of chocolate over the yoghurt.
Place the bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes, until the chocolate has set.
Time for the finishing touches! Crack the chocolate with a spoon, drizzle a spoonful of caramel over the yoghurt and add the fresh fruit.
