The classic icecoupe

A scoop of ice cream with a drizzle of caramel. It doesn’t get any easier, and it never disappoints.

Why it works

Cold, creamy ice cream paired with warm, sticky caramel is a classic. With Suboro, there’s no need to overcomplicate things. Choose your flavour based on your ice cream and create something different every time.

What you need:

• 2 scoops of ice cream of your choice

• 2 tbsp Suboro of your choice

• Optional: a handful of nuts, a pinch of sea salt or a wafer

Choose your flavour:

• Suboro Vanilla with vanilla or nut ice cream

• Suboro Sea Salt with pistachio or hazelnut ice cream

• Suboro Dark Chocolate with coffee or chocolate ice cream

• Suboro Yuzu with lemon or fruit ice cream

Our tip: take the ice cream out of the freezer 5 minutes before serving. It will be much easier to scoop beautifully.

Method:

1. Scoop the ice cream into a bowl or glass.

2. Drizzle Suboro over the ice cream.

3. Finish with nuts, a pinch of sea salt or a wafer.

4. Eat immediately.
