Crunchy pistachio icecream cone

Why it works

Creamy ice cream, crunchy pistachios and Suboro Sea Salt. Try it with another favourite ice cream flavour and nut combination, too.

What you need:

• 1 waffle cone

• 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

• 30 g roasted pistachios, finely chopped

• 1–2 tbsp Suboro Sea Salt or Suboro Dark Chocolate

Method:

1. Place the ice cream in the cone.

2. Roll the ice cream in the chopped pistachios until coated all over.

3. Drizzle the caramel over the top and let it run down the sides.
